Jess is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham, spending two days a week at Wright and Morten and the rest of her time teaching undergraduate vet students at the university. Jess spent the first part of her career in mixed and then farm practice in Leicestershire and Derbyshire, before completing a residency in dairy herd health and production at the University of Nottingham.
Jess is an RCVS and European Recognised Specialist in Bovine Health Management, with particular clinical interests in management of dairy herd fertility, Johne’s Disease, lameness and youngstock health. Outside of work Jess enjoys trail running with her husband in the Peak District and trying to train her unruly spaniel!
